Why Does the Bluetooth Headset Sometimes Not Connect to The Device?
In the daily use of Bluetooth headsets, the most commonly encountered problem is the inability to connect to Bluetooth. Is this related to the quality of the headset? I'm happy to discuss this with you. You can first understand the principle and then specifically analyze and rule out the causes. Since truly wireless headphones need to connect two earpieces to a mobile phone, and these three devices have to communicate directly with each other, the situation is quite complicated, and there may be some intermittent issues. However, if this occurs very frequently, then there is a problem.
If your headphones have an intermittent sound when you're listening to music, you can troubleshoot according to the following methods:
1. Signal issues:
If your Bluetooth headphones get disconnected, it might be due to signal problems. Stay away from places with strong interference sources nearby. If you have turned on the Wi-Fi switch on your mobile phone while not using Wi-Fi, since Bluetooth and Wi-Fi share the same antenna and are in the same frequency band (2.4 GHz), Wi-Fi may interfere with Bluetooth. It is recommended to delete the Bluetooth pairing record and then reconnect the Bluetooth of the corresponding headphones.
Go to the Bluetooth menu, choose [Sleep] from the list by tapping "Forget this device," and then try to connect your phone again.
2. Low battery:
It may be affected by low-voltage batteries. When the battery is at a low voltage, the working circuit will be affected, the signal sent by the headphones will be weakened, which may affect the connection distance and occasionally cause disconnections.
3. Bluetooth mismatch:
Delete the corresponding headphone model in the Bluetooth device list on your mobile phone, then turn off the Bluetooth of both the headphones and the mobile phone, and reopen them to pair again.
4. Exceeding the connection distance:
The headphones are connected to the mobile phone. Generally, the Bluetooth range is about 10 meters. If it exceeds 10 meters, it may lead to intermittent sound.
5. Too many connected devices:
Should there be too many Bluetooth devices connected, interference might occur as well, which may lead to intermittent sound. At this point, you can clear the Bluetooth list on your mobile phone of the Bluetooth devices that are not in use for the time being.
If the problem persists after ruling out the above situations, it may be due to a signal issue with the headphones themselves. Truly wireless headphones all have a certain probability of encountering this kind of situation. Please feel free to contact our customer service.
