Why is the sound isolation effect not obvious on sleep headphones?

Have there been any customer feedback suggesting that the sound insulation effect of our Bluetooth headset is not satisfactory? I'm glad to explain how our headphones achieve the noise reduction principle and how to wear them to enhance the sound insulation effect.

Our sleep headphones rely on a combination of physical sound insulation and music playing to reduce noise, using preferred sounds or audio to cover up the noisy ambient sounds. If the size of the earbud tips doesn't match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn correctly in your ears, you might not get the proper sound quality, noise cancellation effect, or call performance.

The headset comes with ear tips and ear caps of different sizes. Please choose the most suitable size of the ear tips before using them.

• Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the largest to the smallest ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for the left and right ears may be different.

• Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.

Twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal.
