Are earbuds still connected when put back in the charging case?
What should I do if the earphones have been put back into the charging case, but the earphones Bluetooth is still connected to the device?
Normally, earbuds auto-disconnect from the phone's Bluetooth when put back in the charging case. If not, it's usually because the case fails to recognize that the earbuds are charging. Without this recognition, the earbuds can't power off, so they can't disconnect from the device.

- 1. Power in the charging case.
- 2. The light of the charging case is on.
- 3. Fast charging is not being used.
- 4. The charging contacts are not covered with dirt.
